The unresolved mystery of "G," the high-value assassination target that multiple intelligence networks are pursuing across Iberia.
The Target
"G" is an unidentified individual making covert entries into Iberia. According to the spymaster letters to Alaric, "G":
- Makes "several covert entries into Iberia, each cloaked in secrecy and swift movement"
- Travels by the light of the first quarter moon
- Moves under protection of a contingent disguised as merchants
- Disguises himself as a merchant
- Poses a "grave threat" whose movements must be monitored
The Assignment
Alaric (then known as "AdT") was originally tasked by a spymaster (signed "Raven") to:
- Ascertain G's movements
- Establish his patterns
- Execute his assassination "with the utmost discretion and urgency"
- The mission was described as "of paramount importance" with "failure not an option"
The Abandonment
Alaric never completed this mission. After receiving multiple letters pressing for updates about "G," he was eventually disavowed by his handlers and ceased working on the assassination.
Current Status
- G's identity remains unknown
- His movements and purpose in Iberia are unclear

- The threat he represents is considered significant enough to warrant assassination
