Makaryus is one of The Beleaguered Gods, the Old Gods of Tarras who survived The Usurpation of the Old Gods and returned to the world after twelve centuries of entombment.
Little is currently known about Makaryus's specific domains, powers, or role among the Old Gods. Their activities during The Beleaguered Return have not yet been recorded.
