Crone is one of the Old Gods and a member of the ancient Stone Council. She is one of the few Old Gods who survived The Usurpation twelve centuries ago.
During the Battle of Avalon, Crone appeared in the tunnels beneath the city where The Beleaguered were fighting Ohtar. Just as Zeekon was about to deliver a killing blow to Ohtar/Eramos, Crone intervened and teleported the Bastard God to safety.
Despite saving Eramos, Crone also aided The Beleaguered by giving them a reverse teleportation beacon, allowing them to escape the tunnels after setting the explosives that would save Avalon.
As a survivor of the Usurpation, Crone plays a complex role in the reformation of the Stone Council. Her actions during the Battle of Avalon suggest she may be playing a deeper game between the Old Gods and the Akkosian Pantheon.
